Hi, I’m Haley.

I've always been drawn to the intersection of creativity and strategy. Whether I'm developing a brand identity, optimizing an ad campaign, or digging through performance data, I enjoy understanding how all the pieces fit together and using that insight to create work with intention.

Over the past 10 years, I've built my career across design, brand strategy, digital advertising, and analytics. I've worked with 65+ organizations ranging from startups to established companies, helping them clarify their brand, tell better stories, and connect with the right audiences. Along the way, I've directed more than $70 million in digital advertising spend across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Google, while designing creative that supports the strategy behind every campaign.

What I enjoy most is solving problems that don't fit neatly into one discipline. Some projects begin with a logo or brand identity. Others start with a marketing strategy, a website, or a paid media campaign. No matter the starting point, my goal is always the same: to build thoughtful, cohesive experiences that are grounded in strategy and informed by data.

I believe the best work happens when creativity and analysis aren't treated as opposites. Strong design should support business goals, and good marketing should feel as intentional as the brand behind it. That's the perspective I bring to every project.

I earned my B.A. in Organizational Leadership and Public Relations from Lipscomb University and have continued to expand my expertise through more than 20 certifications in digital marketing, advertising, and social media.

These days, I call Chicago home with my husband while he attends medical school. Outside of work, you'll usually find me traveling, running, trying a new coffee shop or restaurant, listening to live music, or finding inspiration in good branding wherever I happen to be.
